1. Who We Are

FeatherPic is an iOS photo utility provided by FB COMPANY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FeatherPic.

2. Photo Processing

Photos selected for processing are handled locally on your device. FeatherPic does not upload your photo pixels, image files, filenames, or embedded photo metadata to FB COMPANY LLC servers.

We do not operate a cloud photo library or remote photo-processing service for FeatherPic.

3. Photo Library Access

FeatherPic uses Apple-provided photo selection interfaces to allow you to choose photos for processing. The app accesses the photos you intentionally select for use with FeatherPic.

If you choose to save a processed image to your Photos library, iOS may request permission to add photos. You may also export processed files using Files or the iOS share sheet where available.

Photo permissions can be reviewed or changed at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Data We Collect

FeatherPic does not collect personal information, contact information, precise location, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, or tracking data for FB COMPANY LLC.

FeatherPic does not contain advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

5. Information Stored on Your Device

FeatherPic may store limited app preferences locally on your device, such as appearance settings, haptic preferences, export settings, onboarding status, and Free-plan usage limits.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to FB COMPANY LLC.

6. Temporary Files and Retention

FeatherPic may temporarily create local files while processing selected photos. These files remain within the app's local storage and are used only as necessary to perform the requested operation.

FeatherPic does not use processed photos to create a server-side photo history or user profile.

Deleting FeatherPic removes locally stored app data according to iOS behavior. Photos or files you separately save to Photos, Files, or another application remain under your control.

7. In-App Purchases

FeatherPic offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Apple processes payments. FB COMPANY LLC does not receive or store your payment card number or payment credentials.

FeatherPic may receive purchase-related information from Apple that is necessary to determine whether FeatherPic Pro access is active, complete purchases, and restore eligible purchases.

Apple's handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy .

8. Sharing, Selling, and Tracking

We do not sell or rent personal data collected through FeatherPic. FeatherPic does not track you across apps or websites and does not use your information for targeted advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

FeatherPic does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users through the app.

If you contact FB COMPANY LLC outside the app, such as by email, we will use the information you provide only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request.

10. Your Choices and Requests

FeatherPic does not require an account and does not maintain a server-side FeatherPic user database.

• Manage photo permissions through iOS Settings.
• Remove locally stored FeatherPic data by deleting the app.
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
• Contact us with privacy questions or requests.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when FeatherPic's functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change.

The latest version will display an updated effective date. Where required, additional notice will be provided for material changes.
