Privacy Policy for Star Animals: Endless Run

FB COMPANY LLC ("FB COMPANY," "we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game Star Animals: Endless Run (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including information processed through advertising, consent-management, and in-app purchase services.
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS version of the App. Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google and Apple services, may process information under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.
1. Information Handled by the App
1.1 Information stored locally on your device
The App stores certain gameplay and preference information locally on your device so that the game can function properly. This may include:
- game progress, scores, records, selected characters, unlocked content, upgrades, and virtual coin balance;
- gameplay, audio, graphics, and control settings;
- app-launch, gameplay, and rewarded-ad counters used by game logic; and
- transaction identifiers or local fulfillment records used to help prevent the same consumable in-app purchase from being granted more than once.
The App does not currently provide an FB COMPANY account system or FB COMPANY-operated cloud-save service. Gameplay information stored locally is therefore generally not transmitted to FB COMPANY's own servers and may be removed when the App or its local data is deleted.
1.2 Advertising and consent information
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. The App also uses Google's User Messaging Platform ("UMP") to present and manage privacy choices where required.
Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, advertising configuration, and the services made available by Google or its advertising partners, those services may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
- device and app information, including device type, operating system, app version, language, network information, and SDK-related identifiers;
- device identifiers, including an advertising identifier where access is permitted, or other app- or developer-bounded identifiers;
- advertising information, such as ads requested, displayed, viewed, or interacted with;
- product interaction information, such as app launches, taps, rewarded-ad completion, and video views;
- performance information, such as app launch time, responsiveness, hangs, or energy usage; and
- diagnostic information, including crash logs and technical error information.
Google and participating advertising partners may use this information to provide, limit, personalize where permitted, measure, secure, and improve advertising services, as well as to detect fraud and abuse.
Where a consent message is required, UMP may store or communicate consent-related signals so that advertising requests can respect the choices available to you. The availability and type of advertising may vary based on those choices and applicable law.

1.3 In-app purchases and Unity IAP
The App offers a consumable virtual currency purchase through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment transactions. FB COMPANY does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account information.
The App uses Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP) 5.4 or later to connect the App with Apple's in-app purchase services and to support purchase availability, localized pricing, transaction handling, fulfillment, duplicate-fulfillment protection, error handling, and related commerce functionality.
In connection with Unity IAP, Unity may collect or process purchase and technical information such as a Unity installation identifier, device information, session identifiers, country or store context, product and transaction information, app/SDK/engine versions, and related diagnostic information. Depending on the applicable configuration and user/device choices, app- or device-bounded identifiers such as IDFV and other Unity IAP identifiers may also be processed. The App stores limited transaction identifiers or fulfillment records locally to help prevent the same consumable purchase from being granted more than once.
For transaction and IAP data processed on our behalf, Unity may act as a service provider/processor. For certain transaction or billing information that Unity uses for its own legitimate purposes, such as internal financial reporting, auditing, legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention, Unity may act as an independent controller under applicable privacy law.
Apple may provide FB COMPANY with sales, proceeds, transaction, refund, and App Store reporting information in accordance with Apple's services and policies. 1.4 Information you provide to us
If you contact us by email or through our website, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, attachments, and technical details relevant to your support request. Please do not send payment-card information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Request
The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, health information, microphone recordings, or camera content for normal gameplay.
Third-party services integrated into the App may process the limited technical, advertising, purchase, and interaction information described in this Privacy Policy.
3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- operate the App and preserve local gameplay progress and settings;
- display advertisements and provide optional rewarded-ad benefits;
- present, record, and respect available privacy and advertising choices;
- process and fulfill in-app purchases, maintain purchase integrity, provide commerce-related diagnostics, and prevent duplicate fulfillment;
- maintain security and detect fraud, abuse, or technical problems;
- diagnose crashes and measure or improve technical and advertising performance;
- respond to support requests and communications; and
- comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, platform, and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, processing may rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent, including where consent is required for personalized advertising, device storage, or tracking-related activities;
- Performance of a contract, including providing the App and fulfilling a purchase you request;
- Legitimate interests, including operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the App and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- Legal obligations, including maintaining records and responding to valid legal requirements.
5. Advertising Choices, Consent, and Tracking
Depending on your location and the privacy messages configured for the App, Google UMP may present a consent or privacy message. Where a privacy-options entry point is available in the App, you can use it to review or change the choices made available to you.
On iOS, Apple requires permission through App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") before an app may access app-related data for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. If the App requests ATT permission, you can allow or deny that request through Apple's system prompt and later review the setting under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Consent choices presented through Google UMP and Apple's ATT authorization are separate mechanisms. A consent choice in UMP does not by itself grant permission under ATT. If Apple-defined tracking is used, authorization must be obtained through Apple's system ATT prompt before tracking-related identifier access.
Declining tracking permission does not necessarily prevent all advertising. Depending on configuration and applicable law, the App may still display contextual, limited, or non-personalized advertising.

6. How Information May Be Shared
Information may be processed or disclosed to the following categories of recipients when necessary for the purposes described above:
- Google and participating advertising partners, to provide, measure, limit, personalize where permitted, secure, and improve advertising services;
- Apple, to distribute the App, process in-app purchases, provide transaction and refund services, prevent fraud, and provide App Store reporting;
- Unity Technologies and its applicable service providers, through Unity IAP, to operate purchase-related services, process transaction and technical information, provide commerce-related diagnostics, maintain service security, support financial reporting, and prevent fraud or duplicate fulfillment;
- service providers and professional advisers, where reasonably necessary for support, website operations, security, legal, accounting, or related business functions;
- government authorities or other parties, when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the App; and
- successors or transaction participants, in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable safeguards.
FB COMPANY does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain advertising-related disclosures or uses may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, privacy choices or opt-out mechanisms may be made available through the App, Google's consent tools, operating-system controls, or other legally required methods.
Any third party with whom user data is shared in connection with the App, including advertising networks, SDK providers, and service providers, is expected to provide the same or equivalent level of protection for user data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law and platform requirements.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress, preferences, advertising counters, and purchase-fulfillment records stored locally generally remain on your device until the App or its local data is deleted. Because consumable virtual items may not be restorable, deleting the App may also remove local progress or virtual currency that is not recoverable through Apple.
We retain support communications and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Google, Apple, Unity, and other third parties determine retention periods for information they process under their respective roles and policies. Unity currently states that Unity IAP service-log data is generally retained for 90 days, while certain orders, configurations, transaction records, or other commerce-related records may be retained until deletion is requested or for longer where needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other permitted purposes.
Because the App does not currently provide an FB COMPANY user account or cloud-save system, we may be unable to identify or delete information that exists only on your device or solely within a third party's systems.
8. International Data Transfers
Google, Apple, and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, those transfers are handled using lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by the relevant party's legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No system or method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. FB COMPANY does not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to us through the App.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to FB COMPANY, please contact us at info@fbcompanyapp.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required by law.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, or an opt-out from certain advertising-related uses or disclosures.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy or data-protection authority.
To submit a privacy request to FB COMPANY, email info@fbcompanyapp.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your request. Because the App does not use FB COMPANY user accounts and we receive limited information directly, our ability to associate information with a particular person may be limited.
For Unity IAP data that Unity processes on our behalf, you may send your request to FB COMPANY first so that we can route an applicable access or deletion instruction to Unity. Where Unity acts as an independent controller for its own processing, Unity may require the request to be submitted directly to Unity. Unity currently identifies unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com for Unity IAP access and deletion requests. Unity's own privacy notices govern requests made directly to Unity.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The App relies on third-party platform and SDK services, including Google Mobile Ads/UMP, Apple App Store purchasing services, and Unity IAP. These providers may process information as described in this Privacy Policy and under their own privacy notices and legal roles.

Advertisements or links displayed in the App may open third-party websites, apps, or services. We do not control the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, integrated services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice or request consent.
